Jennifer A. “Jack” Brown
MBA, CPA
Jennifer A. Brown, known to most as “Jack,” was born in the Greater Toronto Area a few decades back and spent most of her formative years in the Carolinas. Spending some time after that as a student, a tutor, and a military spouse, including some time in California and Alaska, she settled in Crestview in 2009.After starting with the Florida Department of Revenue in 2014 and transferring into a position as an auditor in the General Tax Administration in 2015, Jack began her graduate studies at the University of West Florida College of Business in January 2016, earning a Master of Business Administration with a focus in accounting in May 2018 and a Master of Accountancy in August 2019. She left the Department in February 2021 to work in public accounting (tax) and worked in that field until joining the Internal Revenue Service as an auditor in May 2024. She left that planned career due to Federal uncertainties and opened JB Accounting and Tax Services, LLC with June Bethel in May 2025. Jack has three cats, two tarantulas, and a ferret.

As a Public Notary, June brings an added level of precision and trust to every transaction, safeguarding her clients’ legal and financial interests. Her expertise in tax consulting allows her to craft strategic solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, optimizing financial outcomes while maintaining strict adherence to current laws and regulations. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach, June thrives on building long-term client relationships based on integrity, reliability, and professionalism. When she’s not analyzing financial statements or reviewing tax strategies, June enjoys mentoring young professionals in the accounting field and exploring innovative approaches to business growth.
Elisabeth Crosby
Director, Marketing, Public Relations
Elisabeth Crosby was born in the Bavaria region of Germany and lived in the areas around Munich, Germany and Vienna, Austria until she married an American Soldier and immigrated to the US in her 20s. She has lived all over the USA and worked in many careers before settling into her current life as our brilliant Marketing Director – as she keeps reminding us, everything is psychology! As far as we have seen, Lisa doesn’t have down time – she’s cleaning, tending to her home and garden, and spoiling her dog “Little Ann” 24/7 – but you might be able to talk her into a game of Farkle if you have 6 dice with you.
Jacob Brown
Admin, Office Assistant, Tax Trainee
Born in Mountain Home, Idaho, Jacob grew up as a “Military Brat,” developing adaptability and a strong work ethic from an early age. He serves as our Office Administrator and resident Jack-of-all-Trades, tackling every task with dedication and precision—no job is too large or too small. Alongside his administrative responsibilities, Jacob is actively expanding his expertise in QuickBooks and tax preparation, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth. Outside of the office, he enjoys immersive gaming. In quieter moments, he can often be found working on his novel, combining creativity with discipline in all aspects of his life.
